Reply to your receipt email, or write to agpublishingsupport@gmail.com from the address you bought with, and say you want a refund. You do not have to give a reason.
The refund is issued within 2 working days of the request. Your bank then takes its own time, usually 5 to 10 working days, to put it back on the card. That part is out of anyone's hands here.
The files. There is no way to take a PDF back off your computer and no attempt is made to. If the books were not worth what you paid, you should not be out of pocket for them.
Everything. The main book, the bonus books and any of the paid collections. Each is refunded on its own, so buying an extra collection and asking for that one back does not affect the rest.
If the problem is that a file will not download or will not open, that is usually fixed in a minute. Write in and it will be sorted, and the refund window is not affected while it is.
Please write in before going to your bank. A refund is faster than a chargeback and you will have your money sooner.
